Approach

Calculated per room, not per square metre

Heat load comes from solar gain, equipment and the number of people in a room. We calculate that load per room and choose the system afterwards. That prevents units that are oversized and therefore run in short, noisy bursts.

  • VRF, multisplit and top cooling, from 2 to 250 kW.
  • Server rooms always built redundantly, with a separate power supply per unit.
  • Noise level of the outdoor unit calculated and stated in advance.
  • Maintenance contract from handover, with filter checks and leak tightness checks.

Air conditioning in a home: what we do and do not do

Air conditioning is the only service we also carry out for private customers. We install split and multisplit systems, with a calculation per room and a noise level we state in advance.

We do not install a unit in a home without surveying the outdoor unit for noise and distance to the property boundary. For a listed building or a homeowners association we check the permit requirements first.

Sustainable refrigeration

For each installation we choose the refrigerant and the control system that give the lowest consumption within your process. That lowers your energy bill and keeps you ahead of legislation.

  • Natural refrigerants such as CO2 and propane where the application allows it.
  • Heat recovery that puts waste heat to use for hot water or space heating.
  • Leak tightness checks and logging in accordance with the F-gas Regulation.
  • Remote monitoring, so unusual consumption stands out before it costs money.
